Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences on personalized prints. All sales are final unless it's a valid damage or quality issue.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage.
  • Posters must be unused and unframed.

We do not cover minor color differences between your screen and the printed poster, or small imperfections in shipping packaging that do not affect the product itself.

If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no cost. However, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

All approved replacements will be re-shipped to the original delivery address. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

Please note: consumer protection laws in some countries may allow returns for non-personalized items within 14 days.
